What You Can Do

Under UK GDPR you have the Right to Erasure — you can demand any organisation delete your personal data within 30 days. This applies to data broker websites too. By removing your data from these sites you make yourself a significantly harder target for fraudsters.

3. Check haveibeenpwned.com for email breaches
4. Send GDPR erasure requests to any site listing your data
5. Register with the Telephone Preference Service at tpsonline.org.uk
6. Talk to elderly relatives about fraud awareness
